Without thinking on climate in a globalized, interconnected way, it will be impossible to prevent uncontrolled climate change, and the presumption that technology can control the effects (and causes) of climate change is presumptive merit to the coquest of technology. The only way to observe controll of climate would be to detect reversing carbon dioxide levels in the atmosphere and as humans tackle with policies and lifestyle changes so will the human condition change to reduce the extremist ideologies that seek to perpetuate fear. If climate predictions become true the world is destined to suffer catastrophic consequences. What this statement echoes is also that seeking alternative sources of fuel may extinguish the sources of funding of global terrorism.
